Migrate from GoHighLevel
There is no importer, and this page does not pretend otherwise. There is an order: export while the account still opens, stand the app up, cancel last — with a ninety-day clock on everything you leave behind.
Before you cancel
GoHighLevel keeps the data on a terminated account for ninety days, and after that reserves the right to delete all of it in its sole discretion. Everything on this list is easier while the account still opens.
Export the contacts as CSV
The export runs from Contacts, under Bulk Actions, and carries names, email addresses, phone numbers, tags and the custom fields you select. Only admin users can run it, and the finished file is downloadable for thirty days — take the file, not the link.
Screenshot everything that does not export
The workflows, the calendars, the pipelines, the Conversation AI settings. The wizard hands the finished app off to a coding agent with a skill per module, and screenshots are enough for it to rebuild from.
Do not plan around Snapshots
A Snapshot is a clone of a sub-account, and every way one travels is movement between HighLevel accounts. Workflows are rebuilt on this side, not carried over.
Collect the code you gave them
Their terms are explicit that code you provided to customise the Platform for your customers is yours. Copy it out while you can still reach it.
Expect no refund, and no exit fee
All fees assessed by HighLevel are non-refundable, whether or not the account was used. There is also nothing left to buy out: HighLevel operates on a month-to-month basis.
Leave the account behind
Platform Accounts are non-transferable, so there is no one to hand yours to. What transfers to a buyer of your business is the application you deploy next — it is code, and it sells with the company.
Where each piece lands
Their concepts on the left, the module that takes the job on the right. The shape changes: a platform you configured becomes an application you own.

The move, in order
Six steps, and the cancellation is the last of them. Everything before it works while both sides are still running.

Export the CSV
From Contacts, under Bulk Actions, with the custom fields selected. This is the one artefact that leaves GoHighLevel cleanly, so it comes first.

Run the wizard
One command scaffolds the app and writes only the modules you pick. It asks for your name and your logo, and opens a Chatfuel trial with a promo code worth $100 of credits.

Connect the client bot
Point the app at the bot. WhatsApp connects through Chatfuel, an official Meta partner — with no per-sub-account channel fee attached to it.

Import the contacts
The contacts module imports the CSV you exported and maps its columns onto fields. Tags and custom fields came along in the file.

Hand the screenshots to the agent
The wizard ends by handing the app to a coding agent that knows every module you picked. Give it the screenshots and it rebuilds them — each workflow an entry point with its own AI settings, the calendars as services and staff hours in the bookings module.

Deploy, then cancel
Add the auth module when clients should sign in to you, and deploy to Vercel, your own server or Docker. Then cancel: HighLevel is month to month, and from that day the ninety-day clock on your data runs.
What stops billing
The numbers on the left are GoHighLevel’s published ones. Ours are deliberately absent — they live on one page, and the pricing page is it.
