Migrate from TinTim

TinTim state that everything collected inside it is erased with the cancellation — there is no grace period. So this page is an order: export first, move second, cancel last.

Before you cancel

TinTim state that all data collected inside TinTim is erased with the cancellation — the sharpest clock on this site, because it has no hands. Everything on this list happens while the account is still paid for.

  • Export the CSV

The export is CSV, and it is the copy that survives the cancellation. Take it before touching the plan.

  • Screenshot the journey

Journey stages map to events, and a stage changes when a phrase appears in the conversation. Screenshot the stages and their phrases — the wizard hands the finished app to a coding agent, and the screenshots are what it rebuilds the event sets from.

  • Check the instalments

Their terms owe a fine of the remaining instalments when an instalment plan is cancelled, and the refund window in clause 6.3 is seven days. Know which plan you are on before picking the date.

  • The account does not transfer

Assignment, sale, rental or any other transfer of the account is forbidden under clause 4.9 of their terms. There is nothing to hand over — only data to take out.

  • Mind the Lite connection

Their own guide warns that the QR-code Lite connection is not an official Meta connection and is subject to restrictions and blocks. On this side the number runs through Chatfuel, an official Meta partner and WhatsApp Business Solution Provider.

Where each piece lands

Their concepts on the left, the module that takes the job on the right. TinTim watches a number; the app on this side is the thing the business works in.

The move, in order

Six steps, and the cancellation is the last of them — with TinTim, that ordering is the whole page.

  1. 01

    Export, and screenshot the journey

The CSV out of TinTim, and screenshots of the journey stages with the phrases that change them. Both survive the cancellation only if taken first.

  2. 02

    Run the wizard

One command scaffolds the app and writes only the modules you pick. It asks for your name and your logo, and opens a Chatfuel trial with a promo code worth $100 of credits.

  3. 03

    Connect the client bot

The WhatsApp number is approved through Chatfuel, an official Meta partner — no QR code scanned against WhatsApp Web, and none of the blocks their own guide warns about.

  4. 04

    Import the contacts

The contacts module imports the CSV you exported and maps its columns onto fields.

  5. 05

Hand the screenshots to the agent

The wizard ends by handing the app to a coding agent that knows every module you picked. Give it the journey screenshots and it rebuilds each stage as an event set — fourteen conversion names plus your own, on seven triggers, up to fifty ads a set.

  6. 06

    Deploy, then cancel

Add the auth module when clients should sign in to you, and deploy on your own domain. Then cancel — minding clause 6.4 if the plan is paid in instalments.

What stops billing

The numbers on the left are TinTim’s published ones, in the currency they publish. Ours are deliberately absent — they live on one page, and the pricing page is it.

What stops
The plan, per tracked numberR$ 197 a month on Inicial or R$ 297 on Escala, each tracking one WhatsApp number — a second number is a second plan.
What replaces it
One workspace subscriptionEvery client bot draws on the same balance, so each client you add costs less than the last. The numbers live on the pricing page.
The app itselfFree under MIT. The wizard and the code it writes are not billed — the workspace behind them is the subscription.

No. TinTim state that all data collected inside TinTim is erased with the cancellation. The CSV export is the copy that survives, which is why it is the first step on this page and not a footnote.
