Broadcasts
Give your clients WhatsApp campaigns inside the app you ship them — an approved template filled against the phone, an audience with a live count, sent now, on a day, or every week — under your brand, with the replies landing in their inbox.
What your clients send with it
Every business you build for has a message that has to reach everyone, and one that has to reach exactly the right few. This is the screen you hand them for both.
The shop announces the weekend sale
One approved template, everyone on the number, sent the moment the owner confirms. The count on the button says how many phones it is about to reach, so nobody asks you afterwards.
The clinic brings back patients who went quiet
Everyone who has not written in since spring, or never finished a booking. The audience is built from what the client already keeps on a contact, and the message that gets them back goes out in a click.
The agency messages one segment, not the whole list
Only the customers in Berlin, only the premium plan, only the ones who asked about the new product. Groups of conditions matched all or any, with the recipient count updating as the filter narrows — no export to a spreadsheet, no list upload.
The restaurant sends the menu every Friday
A weekly special, a Monday tip, a first-of-the-month statement. Your client sets the day and the time once, picks the weekdays, the interval or the dates, and the campaign goes out on schedule without anyone opening the app — including you.
Every customer is greeted by name
Insert field drops the contact’s first name, city or order number into the message, and the preview shows the campaign the way each phone will see it. Personalisation your client does themselves, with no field to mistype.
Last month’s campaign goes out again
Duplicate copies the template, the filled blanks, the picture, the audience and the repeat onto a new draft. Your client changes the date and a line and sends — without a ticket to you.
Your client always knows who they are about to reach
The recipient count sits beside the audience while they build it and on the button when they send. A campaign goes out only after that number has been confirmed — the safeguard you would otherwise be explaining on the phone.
Nine in the morning where the client is
Every time is set on the client’s own time zone, with the offset printed beside it. A Monday-morning campaign lands on Monday morning where their customers are, wherever you and your team are.
Replies land in the inbox you already gave them
A customer who answers a campaign is answered by the same AI agent and the same team, in the conversation they already have with the business. Campaigns, inbox and contacts are one app with one login — yours.
Every approved template, ready for the client to use
The Templates tab lists what was written in WhatsApp Manager with its approval status, asks Meta for the latest, and starts a campaign from any approved one in a click. You write the templates once; they run the campaigns.
Message, audience, time
Three decisions your client makes on their own, on one draft that is saved as they go — a reload lands on the campaign they were writing.
Write the message
They pick an approved template from the catalog, fill its blanks, add the header picture, video or document when the template has one, and drop in the contact’s name where they want it. The phone beside the form shows the result.
Choose the audience
Everyone on the number, or contacts who match: city, plan, last seen, anything the business keeps on a contact, combined with all or any. The recipient count follows every change.
Pick the time
Now, at a day and time, or on a repeat — weekdays, every N days, or a list of dates — on the client’s clock. The review shows anything still missing under the step that fixes it, and the button says Send now or Schedule.
Where a campaign is
Four states, read off the campaign itself. A campaign taken off the schedule is a draft again, with everything it held.
| Name | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being written, or taken off the schedule. Nothing will go out. |
| Scheduled | Armed, with the next send shown in the row. It can be edited, or taken off the schedule. |
| Sending | On its way out. A one-time send is over in seconds. |
| Sent | Gone, with how many contacts it reached. Duplicate it to send it again. |
What you fill in a template
A template is written once in WhatsApp Manager with blanks in it; each campaign fills them. Every blank gets the control it needs, so a client fills a promo code and a picture without asking how.
| Name | What goes in |
|---|---|
| Header text | A short line, or a contact field inserted into it. |
| Header media | A picture, a video or a document, uploaded from your computer. |
| Body | The numbered blanks of the message, in reading order. |
| Footer | The line under the message, when the template has one. |
| Link button | The part of a button’s link that changes per campaign. |
| Copy code | The promo code a copy-code button hands the reader. |
When it goes out
Four answers to when, all on the client’s own clock.
| Name | When it sends |
|---|---|
| Now | On confirm, to the audience as it stands at that moment. |
| Once | At a day and a time, then it is sent. |
| Weekdays | On the days of the week you pick, at the same time each week. |
| Every N days, or on dates | Every N days from the first send, or on a list of days you choose. |
The numbers it works to
| Days between repeats | 1 to 365 |
| Dates in a repeat | 500 |
| Characters in a copy code | 15 |
| Characters in a text blank | 1,024 |
| Characters in a link parameter | 2,083 |
| Conditions in an audience | 20 |
| Groups in an audience | 10 |
| Campaign name | 120 characters |
FAQs
In WhatsApp Manager. Write the template there — the text, the blanks, the header and the buttons — and submit it to Meta for approval. The Templates tab in the app lists every template on the client’s number with its approval status, refreshes it from Meta on demand, opens WhatsApp Manager when someone wants to write a new one, and starts a campaign from any approved template in a click. Most agencies write the templates for a client once and leave the campaigns to them.
